D is my baby sister she is 13 years old who eats on daily basis from POPEYE`S or MacDonald's, with her are life is full of laughs she is just amazing. D and my other 2 sisters came to the walkathon that nutri-viva arranged earlier this week and at the end of the walkathon there was an exhibition for some health company`s, I insisted on her to go on a device that can calculate body fat, protein, excess weight etc.. Once she got her measurements printed she could not stop looking at the paper and she kept it with her for almost all the morning, the readings were bit high she needs to lose few kg. I saw sadness in her eyes she felt bad about herself for a while, suddenly she stopped and said I WANNA BE HEALTHY! We came back home she went for my father asked for money and asked my sister to take her to sultan center, she went and shopped for healthy fresh snacks, baby carrots, broccoli and more! Am amazed she even convinced my father to be healthy she comes back from school and she supervises her own lunch while it's cooking! And she does the same for my father as well! Few days ago I heard her talking about her exercise she started with 15 minute per day and she increase it 5 minute everyday! Is that so ADORABLE?! D !! I LUV YOU all the best my baby girl...
